ArtVeda Identity
ArtVeda is an organisation that seeks to integrate the spiritual and philosophical principles of the Vedas with contemporary artistic practice. This could involve using art as a means to explore spiritual concepts, promote intercultural peace and harmony, or create spaces for reflection and meditation through various artistic forms. In essence, ‘ArtVeda’ could be interpreted as a fusion of art and spirituality, drawing inspiration and values from the Vedas.
ArtVeda is a non-governmental, non-profit organization committed to enriching cultural life in Tunisia and fostering cross-border dialogue. Established in 2016 through a collaboration among artists, cultural leaders, and activists led by founder Ahmed Mourad Khanfir, ArtVeda has since embarked on various impactful initiatives.

ArtVeda supports innovative artistic projects that challenge traditional norms and amplify voices often excluded from mainstream platforms. Through our Artistic Production Program, we review, guide, and bring bold creative visions to life, empowering artists to break free from constraints and explore new perspectives. We collaborate with international organizations, cultural institutions, and local partners to foster groundbreaking creations that align with our core values: freedom of expression, cultural diversity, and creative liberation. Our theatrical productions, rooted in multilingualism, bridge cultures and amplify artists’ voices on a global stage. Art Veda is dedicated to nurturing creativity in Tunisia and beyond, providing a platform for artists to share their visions and inspire change. We believe art is a powerful force for communication, connection, and transformation.
